Join Us in October for a Close Look at Current Food and Beverage Trends

We know all about changing up plans. The last year and a half have been filled with one pivot after another, so when The NAFEM Show was canceled back in August, we decided to make one more adjustment.

The Total Source team is holding an open house event on Wednesday, October 13th to highlight current food and beverage trends, as well as some of the ingredients, equipment, and supplies that are driving them. Register below to attend the Phoenix event, which will be held from 1 to 5 p.m.

What can guests expect at our open house?

We will have stations set up with different types of foodservice equipment. Visitors can test out equipment on their own or get a personal demo from one of our culinary experts. Foodservice equipment that we'll feature include Vulcan ranges, Cres Cor ovens and hot cabinets, serving equipment from Server Products, and food serving lines from Multiteria. Appetizers will be served.

All of this food is enough to make one thirsty, of course, so nationally-acclaimed mixologist, Kim Haasarud, will be on hand serving up cocktails from the Tobin Ellis Signature Cocktail Station from Perlick, an innovative underbar solution designed to maximize profit potential from zero-step bartending.

There will be a focus on current trends and challenges in the food and beverage industry, and our team of culinary experts can help guide guests through some potential solutions.
