Greg Pierce is an account executive and culinary specialist in Total Source's Colorado and Wyoming territories. We're proud of our people, and we like to share their stories. So, join us as we sit down with Greg to ask him the big four.

How do your deep Colorado roots and extensive industry experience shape your approach to understanding and tackling the unique challenges faced by local foodservice operations?

By living in Colorado, I have seen the challenges that face our industry. I look at each entity and try to offer solutions that will help them increase productivity and profitability.

You’re a big golfer. Can you tell us about a favorite course you’ve played? Or about a favorite clubhouse snack or meal?

I really enjoy Riverdale Dunes just north of the Denver Metro area. It’s beautiful and challenging. We are very lucky to have many great courses in Colorado.

You’ve worked in numerous restaurants. Do you have a particular favorite type of restaurant to visit? What are some of your favorite menu items to order?

I really enjoy going to many of the locally owned restaurants. I’m always excited to try the new types of cuisine that are coming to Denver.

What advice would you give to people opening restaurants in today’s day and age?

Stay adaptable. Be willing to pivot when something is not working. Be flexible and responsive to changing customer preferences and trends.
